Become A Rosemont Volunteer!

There are opportunities to get involved no matter what your schedule may be. Just find the right fit and contact the Director of Special Events/Volunteers Debbie Huff: dhuff@rosemont.org or 614-416-8775.

Group Volunteers:  Church, School, Civic and Service Groups (can be younger than 21 with adult supervision) can provide volunteer support. Groups may volunteer to do cleaning, special activities, direct mailings, or any of the above activities.

Individual Volunteers: Anyone who is 21 and over can volunteer at Rosemont Center. All volunteers will be asked to provide Rosemont with a police report and will be fingerprinted for security purposes.

Volunteer Opportunities:

In-Kind Donation Support: Gift Certificates, Art Supplies, Personal Hygiene Items, Houseware Items, New and Gently used clothing.

Landscaping Volunteers: trim plants, spread mulch, pull weeds, plant flowers, etc.

Special Events: Committee involvement and volunteering the day of the event.

Special Activities with Clients: Pizza Parties, Craft Projects, Baking Cookies, etc.

Tutoring: For children ages 6-18 years of age. All subjects particularly math and reading. We offer one on one as well as group tutoring.

Young Professional Board: Focus on 25-40 year olds who are interested in volunteering their time to help heighten awareness about Rosemont. In addition, the Young Professionals Board serves in a fundraising capacity by tapping into other young professionals within the Columbus community.

Groups or individuals are always welcome to take a tour of Rosemont Center. Tours are available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. If you are interested in scheduling a tour or have any questions, please contact Debbie Huff at dhuff@rosemont.org or 614-416-8775.
